USHER is in court trying to win custody of his kids from his ex wife Tameka Foster and it’s getting nasty.
Yesterday he broke down in tears after he was accused of partying and taking drugs instead of looking after his kids.
He admitted he has smoked cannabis in the past, but when he was asked if he ever took ecstasy, his lawyer objected.
He insisted he has never used drugs in front of his children.
Usher accused Tameka of throwing food at him and spitting on his girlfriend in a jealous rage.
