Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan of the swag pop duo Karmin exploded onto the scene by rapping Chris Brown’s “Look At Me Now” at warp speed and proving an instant hit with hip-hop heavy weights such as producer Diplo and The Game. The clip went viral and became one of YouTube’s most viewed videos of 2011.The duo has since racked up 200 million views for their videos and over 800,000 YouTube subscribers.
In the wake of their first hit single ‘Crash Your Party’, Karmin have just released their debut EP ‘Hello’ proving they're capable of more than just covering Chris Brown tunes.
“It’s got a pop music base with a swag reduction, garnished with sprinkles of hip hop!" Amy says.
Amy may look like the girl next door crossed with a 40’s film vixen but don’t be fooled, this girl can throw it down! Her sharp tongue and verbal dexterity has lead Karmin to international success evident in their most recent smash hit ‘Brokenhearted’, a confident urban pop tune that announces Karmin as a force to be reckoned with.
