TOM CRUISE AND KATIE HOLMES' divorce is official. The deal was sealed on Monday.
They were married for five years and used the old excuse of "irreconcilable differences" for the split.
Katie has been granted primary custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri, with Tom given generous visitation rights.
