Twilight star Taylor Lautner is suing a campervan company because the trailer he bought wasn't delivered on time.

Taylor ordered a custom, tricked-out, $300,000 trailer from a place called McMahon RV. He was hoping to use it on the set of his new movie, "Abduction". It was supposed to delivered by June 21st, but it never showed up.

Taylor claims he has suffered emotional distress and ANNOYANCE and he's suing McMahon RV for unspecified damages for fraud and breach of contract.
