Ahead of the Grammy Awards on the 10th of Feb the TV network has sent out a Standard and Practice email instructing everyone who is appearing on camera to be mindful of the FCC guidelines when choosing what to wear.

The email said that "buttocks and female breasts" must be "adequately covered." Seriously, guys, "please avoid sheer see-through clothing that could possibly expose female breast nipples." Got it? No "female breast nipples." Also, "thong type costumes are problematic." And "be sure the genital region is adequately covered so that there is no visible 'puffy' bare skin exposure." Puffy?
