SIMON COWELL has been voted the best boyfriend in the world by dating website SeekingArrangement.com.

They say Simon’s well-known habit of keeping close to his ex-lovers and making sure they are financially secure has put him top of the list of perfect "sugar daddies".

Prince Harry came second in the survey.
