For a while there has been the rule about buttons. Unless you were wearing a tie, or were otherwise required to, you would leave the top button of your shirt undone. Smart/casual styles. Otherwise you were at risk of looking geeky or like your Mum dressed you!

Well no longer friends.

The trend this winter is to button to the top, and boys and girls alike can make the most of this.

The only exception to this would be if you have large boobs. It probably isn’t wise to have gaping buttons, and it will only serve to make you look bigger. If you have a large chest, you need to show some of your décolletage to separate the space between your boobs and your neck.

Otherwise, be brave and give it a go!
