Awww cute OVERLOAD. Check out Norman, the clever canine from Gerogia who loves scooting up a storm around the neighbourhood! And we know what you're thinking - is this fake? Nope, his owner Karen says he just started playing with the kid's scooter in the backyard once 'and we thought it would be fun to give him a ride on it,' says Karen. 'Then we decided to teach him to push it, and now he loves riding his scooter.'
