A brief history of Scouting For Girls live We love playing live. And when I say love, I mean LOVE. It’s the reason we are in a band and touring has to be one of the most rewarding and enjoyable experiences I have ever had. We have always worked really hard and gone to great lengths to put on the best live show possible – and that’s whether it’s for 50 mates down the pub or a sold out arena. We’re all very proud of our BRIT nomination for Best Live Act.
The success of our shows however is as much down to those of you who come along to see us. We’ve always attracted an amazing, fun, exciting crowd who are up for singing along and joining in. Audience participation is frequent and at times mandatory!!! As we’ve said, you are the fourth member of our band. In fact, we currently have to use the loudest stage monitors in the country because you lot are so loud… and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
At last estimate we’ve played to over half a million people across 4 continents. I have loved every minute of it. Here is a brief history of Scouting For Girls through some of our most memorable shows. Were you there?
