Yesterday I told you that Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael Lohan had released private and emotional phone messages that she had left on his phone. Naturally, Lindsay is NOT happy! She Twittered: My father’s such a loser & those recordings are from years ago. To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think that he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha - he needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN.
Lindsay has also set her LEGAL TEAM after Michael . . . and she may end up filing a criminal complaint against him or at least a restraining order.

 

The stripper who claims she had an affair with Josh Duhamel last month says the tabloids came to HER!
Her lawyer says Josh was bragging about his affair with Nicole Forrester on a movie set.  Someone who heard him bragging and called the "National Enquirer" with a tip. Nicole's lawyer says Nicole has text messages from Josh that back up her story. (And she passed a lie detector test.)
Fergie still isn't buying any of this. Or she's PRETENDING not to. Josh and Fergie are putting on the ‘happy couple’ front.

 

It’s quite a big deal in Hollywood as to who hosts the Oscars and next years MCs have been announced… Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will co-host the Academy Awards in March. (Finally a reason for Steve Martin or Alec Baldwin to be at the Oscars.)

 

No Doubt is suing the makers of Guitar Hero over the avatars for them in the new "Band Hero" game. They say they were not told that their likenesses would be able to perform any song in the game.

The band says Activision, "transformed No Doubt band members into a virtual karaoke circus act by having them sing, dance and perform over sixty songs."

Their Manager says; "They agreed to play three No Doubt songs as a band . . . Activision then went and put them in 62 other songs and broke the band up [and] never even asked."
Activision says “Activision believes it is within its legal rights with respect to the use and portrayal of the band members in the game and that this lawsuit is without merit."

 

Nicole Kidman has opened up to GQ magazine talking about her past and present relationships. She says, "I've explored obsession. I've explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy." She even admitted she engaged in strange sexual fetish stuff in her time. (She was probably talking about the '90s, when she experimented with midgets.)
