Randy Jackson is still a judge on American Idol. Last week we heard he was stepping down to be a mentor but he’s back after Enrique Iglesias decided he didn’t want the job.
As for the other 3 seats -- Mariah Carey is already locked in ... and negotiations with Keith Urban and Nicki Minaj could be finalized any minute.
Auditions for the 12th installment of the show begin in less than two weeks.
