QUEEN ELIZABETH's husband Prince Philip is back in hospital in Scotland. Supposedly it’s a "precautionary measure" but no one will say why.

The last time he was hospitalized was a few weeks ago during The Queen’s 60th Jubilee when he had a bladder infection.

He’s 91.
