You'd think she would've learnt her lesson when she went to jail the first time but turns out no, Paris Hilton still thinks she's above the law.
Out in Las Vegas with her new boyfriend Cy Waits the pair were pulled over by police after they saw marijuana smoke coming out of the car's windows in front of the Wynn hotel where Paris' boyfriend runs a nightclub - both were arrested.
Paris's boyfriend was arrested for a DUI and Paris arrested for having cocaine in her handbag.
Paris in the last 6 months has been detained for possesion of a small amount of weed & was let go; In the same week was arrested after she was suspected of smoking weed at the soccer world cup which her friend took the blame for and Paris was let go.
Now she's in trouble for cocaine which she is also blaming on a friend saying the handbag wasn't hers & she'd borrowed it from a friend.
Paris has hired top celebrity lawyer David Chesnoff who released a statement today saying -
"Paris Hilton was released this morning on her own recognizance. This matter will be dealt with in the courts not in the media and I encourage people not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law. There will be no interviews and no more comments at this time."
Guess we'll just have to wait and see. All I have to say is sweet mugshot.
