Nicole Richie has a cleaner, a Nanny, a pool guy, an assistant and many other staff, but she does not need a gardener because her famous father Lionel Richie does the work for free.
He has become obsessed with gardening in recent years, and Nicole says, "He comes over to my house almost every week - about three or four times. He'd done all of his garden so now he likes to do mine. It's a little embarrassing when you bring friends home and there's Lionel Richie clipping the hedges and singing."
