Pop star NICK JONAS has confirmed rumours he is in talks to join TV talent show AMERICAN IDOL.
The Jonas Brothers singer is on producers' wish list of stars who could potentially replace Steven Tyler on the panel, and the teen insists he would love to sign up for the job.
In a post on Twitter.com, he writes, "The rumours are true... I am being considered to be a judge on American Idol, and it would be a dream come true if it happens. Nick On Idol..."
Nick On Idol became one of Twitter's most popular 'trending topics' on Saturday after Jonas admitted he was in the running for the gig.
Country star Brad Paisley and rapper Pharrell Williams have also been tipped to join new judge Mariah Carey.
