Brittany Murphy's cause of death has been determined - accidental.
She died from pneumonia and drug intoxication.
She had been sick with pneumonia and iron deficiency anemia and tried to self medicate with drugs she already had in her home including prescription medicine for cramps and over-the-counter medications, including cough syrup. A source says the drugs "pushed her over the line."
And sources involved in Brittany's autopsy told TMZ, her death was "preventable". Saying her condition was treatable if she'd been taken to hospital in time.

Katie Price got married in Las Vegas on Wednesday and her ex husband Peter Andre is not happy about it. Peter was on Sky News yesterday, and started crying during the interview when the host asked him about his kids and how he would feel if Alex adopted them.
