The real story has emerged about what happened the night Elin took to Tiger Woods’ car with a golf club.
After a magazine revealed he was having a fling with Rachel Uchitel, Tiger let Elin speak to her on the phone to persuade her they were just friends. They spoke by phone for half an hour and she was satisfied that the relationship was platonic.
But the next night Elin went through Tiger’s phone and found texts to Rachel saying things like; 'You are the only one I've loved.'
Elin texted Rachel pretending to be Tiger. She wrote, 'I miss you, when are we seeing each other again?'
Rachel texted back, so Elin called her. Rachel thought it was Tiger calling and said something mushy. Elin said; 'I knew it was you.' Rachel swore and hung up.
Tiger had earlier taken a sleeping tablet to help him sleep so he wasn’t quite with-it when Elin woke him up and chased him out of the house.
