Michael Jackson's dad, Joe Jackson, thinks Michael was MURDERED and that Dr. Conrad Murray shouldn't be the only one to blame! After yesterday's arraignment hearing (in which the doc was charged with involuntary manslaughter and pleaded not guilty over the death of MJ) Joe Jackson insisted Murray was just one part of a bigger conspiracy... "To me, he's just a fall guy. There's other people, I think, involved with this whole thing. But I think that if he's interrogated - he would come clean and tell everything he knows."
What's even spookier was Michael was himself worried he would be murdered!
Before his death, while rehearsing for the massive 50 date London O2 Arena gigs he had planned, Joe says MJ was convinced he would be killed before finishing the performances!
Joe told US TV talk show host Larry King: "He was afraid to even do all of these shows, because he was afraid that he wouldn't get a chance to finish all of them. He couldn't do all those shows back-to-back. Even his kids say that he had told them that he would be murdered."
Michael's sister La Toya Jackson also spoke out after the court hearing yesterday, issuing a statement claiming her brother was "murdered"...
She said: "Michael was murdered, and although he died at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray, I believe Dr. Murray was a part of a much larger plan. There are other individuals involved, and I will not rest and I will continue to fight until all of the proper individuals are brought forth and justice is served."
Lil Wayne's due to be sentenced today after pleading guilty in a gun possession case.
He could spend a whole year in prison and he's looking forward to it?!
He told Rolling Stone magazine... "This is Lil Wayne going to jail. Nobody can tell me what that's like,", "I just say I'm looking forward to it."
He's likely to start his sentence immediately.
Ellen DeGeneres starts her judging job on American Idol tonight over in the states (we're still a bit behind on TV here in NZ) and says Simon Cowell is "meaner" than she thought!
Ellen said in a video posted on the TV show's official website, that Simon is ""actually meaner than I thought. It's hard to listen to him tell people things and for me not to go, 'You poor thing!'"
She also said no one has given her any advice on judging - "they're just letting me do what I want to do."
If you're getting excited about Lady Gaga's NZ Monster Ball shows, get even more excited... she's changing it all up, making it even bigger and better than her U.S dates and just for us! (well, Aussie and Europe too!). She said in an interview with Ryan Seacrest the other day that she's really excited about her new tour, describing it as "more of a musical and less of a concert" "It has a New York theme, it's a story, and the story is that me and my friends are in New York and we're going to the Monster Ball, and we get lost. It's got a kind of 'Wizard Of Oz' influence." "It's a glam, drug-addict opera that's pretty amazing."
She also tweeted a link to a video today describing her tour...
"Basically if you mix this (see video below). Death metal with ice dancing + high fashion you get the Monsterball."
