Prince William and Kate’s battle to stop magazines from printing topless photos of the Duchess seems to have been in vain, with a Swedish magazine publishing the photos and their Danish partner mag is said to be doing the same later this week.
"It is nothing new to us to publish nude photos of celebrities on holiday," said Carina Lofkvist, the chief editor of the Swedish magazine.
"No one complains when they do and we print the photos," Lofkvist said.
