Michael Jackson's sister La Toya wants Dr. Conrad Murray (MJ's last doc, who is set to be charged with involuntary manslaughter relating to MJ's death) to be charged with premeditated manslaughter. If found guilty, premeditated manslaughter carries a more serious sentence.
The family’s lawyer, Brian Oxman, said: "I spoke to La Toya Jackson, she wants justice for her brother."
"She is upset and has been upset about Michael's death. I spoke to Joseph Jackson. He wants justice for Michael. They are not angry, they are not vindictive, they are heartbroken. They do not think that the charge of involuntary manslaughter is appropriate. They feel that it is a slap in the face. As to exactly what they would like to see, they would like to see justice."
Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's seventeen year old daughter Frances Bean is set to make her singing debut (which will be interesting!). She won't be doing any live appearances, just media stuff for her new album "Rated-R" from Valentine's Day.
You know that Men At Work song "Land Down Under"? Well, a judge has ruled it's a rip off of another song!
Men At Work and EMI (their record label) have to pay big bucks now to a music publishing company who own the original song (which is an old Girl Guides song!) called "Kookaburra Sits in An Old GUm Tree".
The song was huge and they would've made millions out of it, pity their gonna lose most of it!
Check out the songs for yourself...
Amy Winehouse has reportedly almost finished recording her new album and is set to fly to Jamaica next week to put the final touches on it.
But her management are keen to keep things on the straight and narrow. "She's been told it's not a party," a source said, "she has to work."
Last year she spent eight months holidaying (and supposedly recording) in St Lucia (an island in the Carribean).
