Madonna did a press conference in Italy yesterday for a movie she directed called "W.E.". A fan walked up and gave her a bouquet of hydrangeas.

Madonna graciously accepted them, but then turned to the guy sitting next to her and whispered, "I absolutely loathe hydrangeas. He obviously doesn't know that."

The whole thing was caught on video:



Madonna also insulted LADY GAGA during the press conference. Someone asked her about the admiration she receives, and brought up Gaga as a fan.

Madonna said, "As for Lady Gaga, I have no comment on her obsessions related to me, because I do not know if it is based on something profound or superficial."
