Let’s all have a big “Awwww’ for Heidi Montag. The poor wee thing is struggling to recover from her plastic surgery. She’s been having weekly massages, exercise and therapy to help her heal. "I'm very fragile," she explained. "I'm not in a great place right now."
She said she hated facing her mother for the first time after the surgery. "I was hysterical the whole time. It was so hurtful. My body really set back from recovering from all the crying, stress and that traumatic experience. My insides were just throbbing and pounding but I know it's part of what I had to go through."

Heidi also says she doesn’t regret changing her appearance. "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life."
