Yesterday a judge granted Nicolette Sheridan who played Edie Britt on the show permission to sue Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry for 20 Million dollars for alleged assault and battery, gender violence, wrongful termination and discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and age!
