Studio Webcam FAQ

1. I can see the video of studio, but can't hear The Edge live audio stream?

Please click the "Listen Live" link above and then click the play button, you will be able to listen to The Edge live. Click "Studio Cams" to watch the studio again.

2. I can't see the studio in the video player?

Firstly, be patient the connection to the studio cameras can take up to one minute depending on your internet connection speed and location.

Secondly, you require a 'broadband' connection, dial-up connections will have difficulty with the live studio camera feed.

Lastly, the Studio Webcams require a Flash Player. Click here to download and install Adobe Flash Player 10.

Windows Users

Please upgrade to the latest version of Windows Media Player. If you are experiencing issues, we recommend re-installing Windows Media Player, even if you already have the latest version.

Firefox and Google Chrome users should install Windows Media Plugin for Firefox. (Even though this plugin is "for Firefox", Google endorses its use with Google Chrome - read more here)

Apple Mac Users

Please install the Flip4Mac plug-in to allow Windows Media streaming on your Mac.

Unfortunately, Flip4Mac has trouble initialising in Safari sometimes. We recommend downloading and installing Mozilla Firefox and attempting to listen to the stream / watch the webcams in this browser instead.
