The Mean Girls actress stripped off for the $1 million (£625,000) photoshoot, and she promised fans they would get a sneak peek of the sexy shots on America's Ellen DeGeneres Show on 15 December - ahead of the release of the January/February issue of the men's magazine.

However, the much-anticipated cover shot - featuring the platinum blonde straddling a red plastic Playboy bunny-shaped chair, which strategically covers her modesty - has leaked online.

Lohan wears nothing but a pair of high heels for the saucy shoot.

US Tabloid magazine has somehow managed to get their hands on Lindsay Lohans diary
(she probably gave it to them), but according to them, Heath Ledge was the ‘love of her life’.

Here's what Lindsay (allegedly) wrote (in pink pen) after the Aussie actor's sudden death on January 22, 2008:

"Today Heath died. I’m in love with him…. He was the love of my life. He taught me so much, and he was everything I’ve ever wanted and more. I want to hear him laugh and hold me. I crave his touch and care."

“When a person dies the world stops. I’m numb."

Heath was rumoured to be dating Mary-Kate Olsen at the time of his death, but this isn't' the first time we've heard that Lindsay may have been in the picture, too.

Soon after his death, a leaked phone conversation between Lindsay's parents revealed that Heath and Lindsay had apparently been "secretly dating".
