What is up with The Lohans? Lindsay's mum Dina appeared on Dr. Phil's show and she appeared wasted.
Dr. Phil started off the interview by saying that Dina called his producers to say that she wanted to show the world the real her. And oh boy, it wasn’t pretty.
She refused to answer any decent questions and instead just awkwardly giggled, pretend cried, commented on Dr. Phil's shoes and kept asking if the cameras were rolling.
