(It’s not his first time.)He got into a heated argument with his on/off girlfriend Kate Major.Kate told police he flipped out and threatened to kill her because "she wouldn't give him a 'blow job'.She says Michael pushed her multiple times and squeezed her arms, and told her he would "slit both his wrist and her wrist. He also threatened to throw her off the 4th floor balcony." He threw a TV remote control at her ... but he missed, so he smashed her cell phone. Michael is expected in court on Wednesday.
