Lindsay Lohan is set to follow in the footsteps of Mischa Barton as the new face of German fashion designer Philipp Plein's couture line.The Mean Girls star was announced as Plein's new muse at a press conference in Italy on Saturday (24Sep11) during Milan Fashion Week.Lohan posed for photos with the designer in his showroom, before taking her seat in the front row to check out Plein's new line at a fashion show.Plein says, "Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality." WENN.com
