Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 Days in Jail. She spent 13 Days in Jail. Then she was sentenced to 90 Days in rehab and after 22 days she is outta there!
Lindsay’s sentence was shortened after the rehab facility said she didn’t actually need to spend 90 days in there. She will receive out patient care permanently to ensure she doesn’t fall off the wagon.
Lindsay's lawyer will return to court tomorrow to fight some of the probation rules like weekly alcohol & drus tests. Lindsay is not required to be present at the hearing.
