Kristen Stewart was limping in pain at the premiere of the latest Twilight movie on Monday (14Nov11) - she was nursing a foot injury sustained on the set of her Snow White film.

The actress was quick to change out of her high-heeled Jimmy Choo sandals after walking the black carpet at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles for the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1.

Stewart later revealed that it was a stunt accident on upcoming movie Snow White and the Huntsman that was to blame for her aches and pains.

Speaking at the event, she told Access Hollywood, "(My feet) hurt so bad. Usually they hurt. I just hurt my foot on Snow White of course, because I do that to myself all the time. So, I think this is the last interview I'm going to stay in these heels.

"I hurt my foot genuinely. I was running around on Snow White and I tend to hurt myself when I get really into stuff, and I did it again. It's not that bad, it's just these are crazy killer heels.

"I'm such a klutz... As soon as they say, 'Action!' it doesn't matter what you say to me, I hurt myself... (But) I love stunts."

It's not Stewart's first Snow White injury - last month (Oct11), the shoot ground to a halt after she hurt her hand while filming a fight with dwarves.
