Kimbra and Gotye won Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the awards ceremony in Los Angeles. Gotye has also won best alternative album for Making Mirrors. Fellow New Zealander Flight of the Conchords star Bret McKenzie didn’t win the award for Best Song Written for Visual Media.
