Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are apparently proud new owners of an $11 million mansion.
The TV personality and the rapper announced last month they are expecting their first child, and now it seems they have purchased a luxury nest in anticipation of their new arrival.
TMZ reports the couple have invested in a lavish 10,000-square-foot pad, in a gated community in Bel Air, California.
According to the publication, the socialite and her singer beau have owned the property for a few weeks and have already started to transform it into a 14,000-square-foot dream home.
According to sources close to the parents-to-be, their new accommodation will be an Italian-style villa.
Among other things, the new house will allegedly boast a gym, movie theatre, full hair and make-up salon, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pools.
Fellow famous faces in the neighbourhood include Jennifer Aniston and film producer Joe Francis.
Despite seeming ready to settle in their family home, the insiders say Kim and Kanye have no plans to get engaged or set a wedding date.
The couple have been dating since April last year and Kanye announced Kim was pregnant during one of his concerts recently.
