KIM KARDASHIAN is pregnant with Kanye’s baby but had a scare a couple of night ago on a flight from Paris to LA when she fell ill.

When she landed she rushed to her doctor in tears. She thought she was having a miscarriage.

She was given the all-clear but told to cut back on her work schedule.
