Are Katy Perry and John Mayer dating? They were photographed together for the first time last night after dinner at The Chateau Marmont hotel.

Katy is 27, John is 34.

A witness says they were "holding hands across the table," sneaking kisses, and laughing.

John has long curly hair at the moment, very similar to Russell Brand.

Before marrying Russell, Katy admitted to a crush on John Mayer during a 2009 interview on an Australian radio show, saying, "I'd definitely shag the s**t out of him though. I'll go on record saying that."
