Justin Bieber is being sued by the mother of one his fans. Stacey Wilson Betts and her daughter were in the audience at Justin's concert in Portland, Oregon in July 2010, and she the crowd and music was so loud that she was left with tinnitus, a constant ringing sound in her ears - which she still suffers from two years later.

Stacey wants almost $10 million in damages from Justin, his record company, the concert promoter and the arena where the concert was held.

Stacey said the sound of shrieking fans became unbearable when Justin climbed into a "heart-shaped steel gondola" which was pulled into the audience.
