Justin Bieber is in a wee bit of trouble after getting in a fight with a photographer.

Justin was trying to leave the mall with Selena Gomez but the photographer was blocking Justin’s car. So the Biebs got out and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't. So… a scuffle ensued.

Supposedly a lawyer walked up to the photographer and said he could get a lot of money out of the incident if he called an ambulance and filed a police report. So he did! He was taken to hospital for pain in his upper torso. Cops are investigating and want to speak with Justin, Selena and any other witnesses.
