Now that JUSTIN BIEBER is 18 he has control over his own money! Up until now he has had to rely on an allowance from his mother.

Justin admits he loves splashing out on "dirt bikes and motorcycles" but is still careful about what he spends.

He says, “I don't have access to all my money but I have a bank account so I can get money out."
