JUSTIN BIEBER was busted for speeding over the weekend. He was getting away from a bunch of paparazzi and was driving so fast that at least ten terrified motorists called police to report him.

He was ticketed by cops travelling at more than 80 miles (128.7 kilometres) per hour.
