JESSICA SIMPSON has sold the first pics of her newborn daughter Maxwell to "People" magazine for $800,000.

That's on the low-end for celebrity baby pics. Four years ago, "People" shelled out $11 million for the first shots of BRAD PITT and ANGELINA JOLIE'S twins.
