JESSICA SIMPSON has finally given birth! She had her baby overnight.

She and her football star fiance Eric Johnson welcomed daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson, weighing in at nine pounds 13 ounces.

Maxwell is named after Jessica’s mother Tina. Her middle name is Maxwell and her maiden name is Drew.
