What is your single about?
The new song is a party anthem – it’s also about enjoying the moment, very upbeat - just wanted to create an uplifting song for everyone to move to. It's also about self-reflection.
With the World at our feet we thought it would be perfect timing to get it out…
Where did you record this single, and who helped you out?
The single was recorded at the Illegal Musik Studio with Producer NOX. The team at Illegal helped with fine-tuning it to a point we were all happy with it.
Have you got a video out, if so what is the theme/story behind the video?
Video is coming out in a few weeks… Will get it to you asap… Not much to say about it – but it will be a little different from the usual

Who’s in your band?I’m a solo artist – but I have a team around me that help me as an entertainer… Depending on what show I’m doing I could be performing with a full live band or DJ (usually DJCXL), Patriarch, BS Dance Crew (Brandon & Senio)… Either way when we hit the stage we like to bring a lot of energy and get the audience participating as much as we can….
Have you got any tours coming up?Doing shows here and there – probably best to get up to date gig guide from the following sites:

Have you got an album coming out soon?
Working towards it as I write this haha… Looking at early next year hopefully so from now till then my Summer most likely will be spent in the studio – recording and fine-tuning.
BioJ.Williams was born to entertain. The young entertainer
grew up in a family that was very religious that isn’t too dissimilar to the
upbringing of the Jackson 5. Music has always had a pivotal role in his
life. But it was more his sisters that took to music whereas J explored
other areas of self-expression.
In 2006 with his Hip-Hop Dance Crew Dziah they achieved silver medals
at the World Hip-Hop Dance Championships (adult division) and in
2008 under the crew name of Prestige came fourth (adult division).
In late 2008 J’s career as a solo artist was launched and by the end of
the year the New Zealand Herald voted him one of the Top 20 New
Zealanders to watch for in 2009 (he was the only musician). And he
didn’t let us down with his album debuting at No.5 on the NZ TOP40
Album Charts.

same.
