Lots of people would die to be neighbours with Justin Bieber, but supposedly the fantasy is better than the reality.
He lives near Actress KRISTEN BELL and her fiancé DAX SHEPARD and they say Justin likes to keep the neighbourhood awake with his parties.

Dax told the ladies on "The View" "The music and the parties and the paparazzi, I mean, it's like living in Lebanon now."

Kristen added, "In his defence, I will say we don't know the exact house the music is coming from. We just know since he moved in, the music has been blaring."
