Heidi Montag regrets her plastic surgery! She had at least 10 plastic surgery procedures in a single day last year, and now says that she wishes she could undo all of it.

She says she feels trapped in her new body and it was her fame and the pressure of trying to be `Tinseltown perfect' which pushed her into having the surgery.

"It really got to me what people would say about me, and saying I had a horse face, and a Jay Leno chin. Just awful, really mean things about me. ... I kind of started believing it".
