Police were called to Halle Berry's Hollywood home on Saturday (09Jul11) after an unwelcome visitor was spotted on her estate.

The unnamed man allegedly jumped the wall of the property and was lurking in the front yard of her home.

The Catwoman star's security staff attempted to apprehend the intruder, but he scaled the wall again and fled before police arrived.

Berry told officers she thought the man might be a paparazzo. Police are investigating the trespass, according to TMZ.com.
