Ewan McGregor accidentally punched a female co-star in the head while filming an action sequence on the set of new movie Haywire.
The Trainspotting star appears alongside Antonio Banderas and Michael Fassbender in the film about a woman who is hunted by a group of assassins.
McGregor was shooting one action scene with martial arts champion Gina Carano, who plays the female lead in the movie, when the choreographed sequence went horribly wrong.
He tells Britain's Daily Express, "In one scene I had to go to punch Gina three times and she was supposed to duck but didn't. I ended up punching her in the head. The thing is she got up and asked me if I was OK! I was - apart from my hand."
