Ginga singer ED SHEERAN made a teenage fan's dreams come true by playing a private gig for her before she lost her battle with cancer.

14 yr old Abigail Fleming made a 'bucket list' of all the things she wanted to do before she died and she said she wanted to see Ed Sheeran play live.

Ed ended up recording a special video message to boost Abi’s spirits and offered her a VIP trip to one of his concerts, but Abi was too sick to go so Ed showed up at her hospital bedside and sang to her.

It was the highlight of her life supposedly. Sadly Abi has since passed.
