E! News host Giuliana Rancic has been diagnosed with breast cancer! She is only 36.

She said she and her husband, The Apprentice winner Bill Rancic found out while they were about to start another round of IVF.

She has no family history, but the IVF drugs can accelerate Cancer.

She says; "I will be OK because I found it early. I'm doing surgery this coming week and then I go to radiation for six-and-a-half weeks. I'm not gonna give up, I want that baby.”

Giuliana will talk about her breast cancer on E! News tonight.
