A representative for Nicki Minaj has been forced to deny rumours the rapper has secretly wed Drake after the pair joked about their "marriage" on Twitter.com.

Drake, real name Aubrey Drake Graham, has previously admitted to a longtime crush on Minaj and he threw fans into a spin this week (beg23Aug10) when he posted a message on the social networking site urging followers to refer to his pal as "Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham".

He wrote, "Please refer to Nicki Minaj as Mrs. Aubrey Drake Graham and don't stare at her too long. She's finally mine."

And Minaj fuelled the rumours by replying, "Yes, it's true. Drake and I tied the knot."

But a rep for Minaj has insisted the pair was joking, telling JustJared.com rumours of a secret wedding are "not true".
