JUSTIN BIEBER spent some time in Amsterdam over the weekend. And I know the question that immediately came to your mind was, "Did he smoke any weed?"

Well, supposedly he went to a coffee shop called Easy Time, where he did smoke a joint and eat some "space cake". He also went to a souvenir shop and bought himself a JOINT HOLDER.
