JUSTIN BIEBER is being sued for attacking one of his bodyguards. Moshe Benabou is a former Israeli military badass and he says Justin berated him and punched him in the chest multiple times. Justin's people say Moshe is just a disgruntled ex-employee, and the notion that Justin beat on him is absurd.

He's seeking unspecified damages plus $420,000 in unpaid overtime.

Justin’s people say Moshe was fired for being a habitual liar. He even lied to get the job in the first place by falsely claiming he had previously worked with JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.
